General Hospital Spoilers 12/16/22: Ava Plots Revenge!

Prepare for the worst in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Trina and Joss await word on Rory’s fate, Dante gets a lead, Cam wants to talk, Anna and Valentin hit a dead end, Victor throws his weight around, Laura wonders what’s wrong with Nikolas, Liz calls in a warning, and Ava sets her vengeance into motion!

After being attacked by The Hook, Rory was rushed to the hospital where Portia and Finn raced to save his life. He regained consciousness long enough to exchange a few words with Trina before he coded and had to be taken away! Standing by Trina’s side, Josslyn is hopeful her BFF will get some good news for a change. “Is there an update?” she asks as she spots one of Rory’s doctors. But will they have good news?

The exotic animal dealer turned out to be a bit of a dead end — literally, as The Hook silenced them permanently! — but Dante still has a little good news for Jordan. “I might have gotten a lead,” he tells the commissioner as he shows her an evidence bag. Might it lead them to The Hook’s true identity?

Cam has felt like he’s been on the outside looking in recently, and it looks like he’s ready to change that. “Do you think we can go someplace private and talk?” he asks someone. Is this when he and Josslyn finally have that difficult conversation and call it quits?

Valentin has been helping Anna while she’s on the run from the law, but she’s growing frustrated that they seem to be no closer to bringing down Victor and clearing her name. “What do we have to show for it?” she asks, irritated. Meanwhile, Victor continues keeping his plans afloat by keeping those around him in line. “The sooner you put this incident behind you, the better,” he advises Ava in the Jerome Gallery.

Laura can tell that Nikolas is in a bad way and wants to know why. “I’ll give you three guesses,” he tells his mother. “But I bet you can figure it out in one.” Laura might be able to guess that he and Ava are done for good, but it’s probably not very likely she’ll guess it’s because Nik is claiming to have gotten Liz pregnant! Liz is also struggling with the lie she already regrets coming up with. “I’m afraid you’re about to walk into a trap,” she tells someone on the phone. Is Nikolas in danger?

Because hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and Ava is out to make Nikolas pay for stringing her along and breaking her heart! “Do I have your attention?” she asks someone over the phone. What does she have planned?
