GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 12/2/20: Sonny Wants To Tell Sam the Shocking Truth!

The action is fast and furious in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Lulu’s absence continues to affect lives in Port Charles, Jordan and Curtis continue their investigation, Franco asks Cameron for a favor, Carly and Sam butt heads, Brando questions Cyrus, and Sonny thinks Sam needs to be told the truth, no matter how much it will hurt!

With Lulu off at a long-term care facility in a coma, her friends and loved ones are still reeling from the loss. “Her absence leaves a hole in many people’s hearts,” Anna admits to Peter. Port Charles will be feeling this one for a while.

Curtis and Jordan are determined to dig up the evidence required to bring Cyrus down once and for all. “You think he’s on to us?” Curtis wonders. And Jordan asks someone, “Any idea of how to get them?” Still working as a mole in Cyrus’ organization, Brando questions his new boss. “You wouldn’t happen to know who that is, would you?” the bodyguard wonders. Will Cyrus get suspicious of his new hire?

Franco has regained consciousness following his surgery, but what does this mean for his condition? Is the brain tumor still a threat? When Cameron visits his room, Franco has a request to make of his stepson. “Can you do that for me?” he asks.

As the mob violence in Port Charles threatens her children, Sam is second-guessing being a part of this work, but Carly has insisted that she chose this life when she fell in love with Jason. However, the two women are still not seeing eye to eye. “Leave Josslyn out of it,” Carly warns. Meanwhile, now that they know that Julian was the one who planted the bomb at the Floating Rib, Sonny tells Jason Sam needs to know it was her father doing Cyrus’ dirty work. “Sam needs to know Julian almost killed her son,” Sonny argues. Will Jason agree?
