General Hospital Spoilers 12/29/22: Don't Miss Britt's Party!

Make sure you RSVP for these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Esme tries to manipulate Liz, Finn snaps at Terry, Nikolas tries to stop Laura, Trina and Spencer put their plan into action, Michael sticks to his guns, Sonny reassures Nina, and Britt’s party kicks off in style, promising plenty of drama!

All dressed up for the New Year’s Eve party, Liz checks in on Esme at Wyndemere where the prisoner tries to appeal to the nurse’s better nature. “Can you live with that?” Esme asks, sadly. But will persuading Liz be enough to help her escape?

Meanwhile, at The Haunted Star, everyone is gathering for Britt’s birthday bash and Terry asks Finn a question that sets him off. “I would be the wrong guy to ask,” he snaps. Is there any way Liz can make things right with Finn or has their relationship ended for good this time?

Trina and Spencer have agreed to attend the party together in the hopes of making it public that they’re dating in order to smoke out The Hook, who they believe is Esme. “I have something to clear up,” Trina admits on the boat’s deck. And Spencer declares that something is “definitely worth the wait.”

Laura has been working tirelessly to stop Victor’s evil machinations but Nikolas warns his mother that her actions could have unforeseen consequences. “If you take down Victor,” he cautions, “you take me down.” But will she change her plans?

Michael has also been plotting for a while to bring his father down, and he doesn’t seem to care anymore how bad things might get for Sonny. “Forever’s fine with me,” he angrily informs someone. But how far will he go to get his revenge?

Nina is finding it hard to celebrate Britt’s birthday now that she knows about her Huntington’s Disease, but Sonny tries to urge her to put on a brave face and support her cousin. “Isn’t that what loved ones are supposed to do?” he reminds her.

And when Britt arrives at her birthday party on her mother’s arm, she takes one look at a shirtless waiter and throws on a big smile as she grabs a glass of champagne from his tray. “Happy Birthday to me!” she cheers. But can she keep the mood up all night?
