General Hospital Spoilers 2/18/22: Can Peter Be Stopped?

Trouble is everywhere in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Britt lashes out, Ava urges Nikolas to play it cool, Anna gathers allies to track down Peter, Victor faces retaliation, Laura visits Spencer, Sam reassures Austin, and Peter informs Maxie that he’s got everything under control. Can he be stopped?

As co-chief of staff at the hospital, Britt is in charge, and she likes to make sure everyone knows it. So when someone crosses her, she’s quick to respond! “Try it and I will harpoon you,” she warns someone.

Laura meets with Nikolas and Ava at the Metro Court to discuss finding out what Victor is up to and putting a stop to his nefarious plans…whatever they may be! “Play along,” Ava urges her husband, “and he may reveal his agenda.” Later, Victor finds himself on the defensive. “So this is how you’re planning to retaliate?” he wonders.

Laura pays Spencer a visit in Spring Ridge and after getting an update from her grandson, sighs, “That’s what I was afraid of.” Did he tell her about Esme’s visit and continued interest in Ryan Chamberlain? Or is there something else that’s got Laura nervous?

Having received the call from Switzerland, Anna finally has a lead on tracking down Peter, thanks to Maxie’s quick thinking. But she also thinks that the villain might be giving himself away all on his own. “Maybe Peter’s telling us where he’s going in his own words,” she tells Dante, Drew, and the others.

Austin still feels guilty about his role in Peter discovering the truth about Louise and desperately wants to make things right. However, despite how much he’d love to hurt Peter, as a doctor, he’s not really capable of that kind of retaliation. “Maybe you’re not,” Sam reassures him, “but Drew is.”

And in Switzerland, Maxie continues to keep an eye out for any possible ways to leave more clues for those searching for them while keeping Peter convinced she’s in this for real. But the villain assures his reluctant traveling partner that he has everything well in hand. “I have an escape plan all set,” Peter assures her. Can Maxie sabotage whatever he’s got in mind?
