General Hospital Spoilers 2/3/23: Chase Calls It Quits!

People are at crossroads in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers. Dex apologizes to Josslyn, Liz confesses to Finn, Spencer and Laura blast Nikolas, Ava confides in Austin, and Chase needs to end things with Brook Lynn.

Josslyn may feel happy being with Dex, but falling head over heels for the guy has kind of turned her entire life upside down and created a bit of a mess! “I really messed up your life,” Dex admits to her. But does she have any regrets?

Having finally had enough of Nikolas and his lies and schemes, Liz decided it was well past time for her to come clean with Finn and tell him she had lied about being pregnant with Nikolas’ baby. “Everything I did, it was all for nothing,” she laments. Will Finn forgive her for deceiving him?

Spencer has also had more than enough of his father and lets him know exactly how he feels. “Why do I keep coming in second?” he asks angrily. And later, out in the hospital corridor, Laura once again tries to get through to her son before it’s too late. “You’re making a big mistake,” she warns. But will Nikolas listen to anyone?

As she severs ties with Nikolas, Ava has found Austin ready to lend a compassionate ear. Sitting in Kelly’s they chat over coffee and she continues to open up to him. “Now I’m needing to protect myself,” she admits.

Brook Lynn regretted not submitting the letter to help Chase be reinstated to the police department so he’d have to keep singing, but Chase was so angry at her playing God that he put an end to their budding romance. And although Brook Lynn still wants his help in taking down Linc, he’s over it. “I have to be done with this,” he insists. But Brook Lynn knows what he really means. “Don’t you really mean done with me?” she asks. Is this couple over before they even had a chance to begin?
