General Hospital Spoilers 7/16/21: Bad News for "Mike"

Surprises are everywhere in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers but not all of them are good! Sasha stuns Brando, Austin stands up to Monica, Dante checks in with Chase, Anna gets new information, Willow has kind words for Nina, Carly and Jason confirm their next step, and “Mike” braces for the worst!

When Sasha sits down with Brando at the pool, she says something that leaves him taken aback. “I wasn’t expecting that,” he admits. Meanwhile, Dante catches some rays alongside Chase and tries to lift his friend’s spirits “Just like old times, eh, partner?” he smiles. But Chase doesn’t seem to be in a smiling mood.

Maxie’s life is kind of a mess right now but it seems she’s still got that strength and grit inside of her. “Well, this should be interesting,” she remarks as she looks up at someone or something.

At the hospital, Austin stands his ground with Monica. “I’m not going to let you tell me otherwise,” he declares. And back at the Quartermaine mansion, Ned and Michael are discussing Austin’s contesting Edward’s will for his share of the family fortune as Jimmy Lee’s son. “Does that entitle Austin to the Quartermaine pie?” Brook Lynn muses.

In New York, Anna reports back to Valentin with some hopefully good news. “I’ve got a line on our pilot,” she reveals. But will this turn out to be a dead end or might the pilot tell them something that leads them to discover Peter’s fate?

Nina is touched when Willow tells her, “You are part of his family.” But is spending time with her grandson Wiley enough to keep Nina in Port Charles when she seemed to have found happiness in Nixon Falls?

Now that they’re running the Corinthos family business together, Carly and Jason need to agree on their decisions, such as her suggestion that Brando could prove a valuable asset to them. “So you’re okay with bringing him in?” she asks Jason.

Even as Sonny began having memory flashes of his own father’s death, as “Mike,” he remains concerned about his good friend Lenny, and braces himself for what the results of the medical tests might say. “It’s bad, isn’t it?” he asks, worried.
