General Hospital Spoilers 7/29/22: Ava Confronts Esme!

Prepare for a can’t-miss episode in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Brick questions Dex as Sonny plans for the future, Willow wonders what’s wrong with her, Brando blows up at Sasha, Spencer turns Trina’s trial on its head, and Ava gives Esme exactly what she’s got coming to her!

At Volonino’s Gym, Brick intercepts Dex, and seems more than a little interested in finding out exactly who he is and what he’s doing with Sonny. “I’m sure you’ve got a lot to talk about,” Brick says suspiciously. But Sonny seems pretty confident in the decision he’s about to make. “I think I may have found someone,” he reveals. Does he honestly think Dex could replace Jason as his right-hand man? Because that’s exactly what Michael is hoping for!

Willow has been reeling ever since TJ shared his worries about her health and how her problems are not related to her current pregnancy. “Can you tell me what it is you’re looking for?” she asks the doctor. But what does TJ suspect could be wrong with her? And can she be helped?

Also at the hospital for her rehab therapy session, Sasha has been feeling smothered by Brando, but he remains worried about her and refuses to back down. “Maybe somebody does need to control you!” he snaps angrily. Has he gone too far?

Trina was all ready to take the stand at her trial so Diane could show exactly what kind of person she is and what she is and isn’t capable of. But then Spencer stepped up and offered to get back up and testify further to exonerate her. “I know for a fact that Trina couldn’t have distributed that video,” he declares. And when the trial takes an unexpected turn, the courtroom is awash in confusion. “What the hell is happening here?” Portia asks Taggert, stunned.

Ava was furious at Nikolas for being weak and allowing Esme to seduce him, but she’s reserving her real venom for the schemer herself! Following Esme to Wyndemere and finding her packing her bags to leave, Ava isn’t about to let her go without giving her a piece of her mind. “I see I’ve pushed a button,” the blonde taunts. Get your popcorn ready, because this is gonna be good!
