General Hospital Spoilers 6/10/21: Will Sonny Return to Port Charles?

Sonny’s decision could change everything in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Brando and Sasha look forward to a fresh start, Michael and Willow are at a crossroads, Finn gives up, Laura and Martin discuss their brother as Cyrus gets a visit from Carly, and Lenny urges “Mike” to go to Port Charles!

With Cyrus out of commission, a weight has been lifted off of Brando and Sasha’s shoulders. “Suddenly we have time to figure out a lot of things,” he smiles at the mother of his baby. Now that the pressure is off, can Sasha and Brando finally enjoy some happiness?

Chase’s condition continues to put a damper on Willow and Michael’s relationship, and she’s wishing everything had gone another way. “If what things would’ve been different?” Michael asks. And after his attempt to cure Chase failed miserably, Finn turns to storm out of the room. “Where are you going?” Liz asks as she tries to keep him from running away. Angrily Finn turns back and announces: “I’m gonna turn myself in to the police.” But is it for almost killing his son/brother or perhaps he’s ready to confess to killing Peter?

Now that Cyrus’ reign of terror has seemingly come to an end, Laura and Martin discuss their brother’s fate. “Sonny prevails,” Laura muses, “even in death.” And in his hospital bed, Cyrus gets an unexpected visitor in Carly, who clearly wants to gloat about her victory. “Sure is funny how things work out,” she declares. But Cyrus remains confident and hasn’t lost his sense of humor. “I’m glad you don’t hold a grudge,” he jokes.

After being told she can visit Wiley, Nina made the decision to return to Port Charles to see her grandson, but promised she wasn’t moving back permanently. However, “Mike” seems to be having a hard time waiting for her return to Nixon Falls. “Get on the next flight and surprise Nina!” Lenny urges his friend. Might Sonny unwittingly return to the home and family he still doesn’t remember?
