GH Spoilers 3/1/23: Dante Makes a Shocking Discovery!

Be ready for anything in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Dex has a question as Sonny has an update, Liz warns Finn, Obrecht lashes out, Michael has an idea, Willow is hopeful, and Dante finds something suspicious at Wyndemere!

Dex reports in with Sonny and has a question for his boss. “There is something I wanted to ask you,” he reports. And Sonny has something to say himself. “I’ve got an update on Pikeman,” he announces. Is Sonny starting to smell a rat or will he fall into Dex and Michael’s trap?

Their romance may have hit the skids, but Finn has promised to be there for Liz anyway. Although given her current situation, taking some of the blame for Nikolas’ crimes, she isn’t sure that’s the best idea. “If you stand by me,” she warns, “you’re going to be caught in the crossfire.”

Because when Obrecht runs into Liz at the hospital, she lets the nurse know exactly how she feels about her interfering with the police investigation into The Hook that contributed to Britt’s death! “You reap what you’ve sown,” Obrecht cries, tears in her eyes.

Frustrated that they still haven’t found a bone marrow donor for Willow, Michael is trying to turn his attention to making their wedding as special as possible. “There’s something I could do for Willow,” he informs Carly. Meanwhile, Willow is making arrangements of her own. “So is that a yes?” she asks someone. Is she trying to find a maid of honor?

Ava and Austin were about to dispose of Nikolas’ body when the PCPD showed up to search Wyndemere for evidence of Esme’s kidnapping. And things got worse when Dante found a door in the tack house closed with a padlock. And Ava and Austin could do nothing more than watch as the cops pried it open! “You seeing what I’m seeing?” Dante asks Detective Bennett as he shines his flashlight inside and makes a startling discovery.
