General Hospital Spoilers 3/16/23: What's Wrong With Gregory?

Confrontations abound in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Trina comes face-to-face with Esme, Willow stands up to Maxie, Obrecht has a crisis, Cameron tries to talk sense into Josslyn, Dex butts heads with Spencer, Sonny opens up to Nina, and Alexis wants the truth from Gregory!

With Esme locked up in Spring Ridge again, Trina decides to pay a visit to the person who tried to destroy her life. “Are you admitting that you’re guilty?” she asks her. But while Esme feels terrible for all the awful things people say she’s done to them, she still claims to have no memories of her actions!

Maxie is racing to put together the Nurses Ball in time to celebrate the hospital’s 60th anniversary, and she needs all the help she can get. And although Willow is still very ill, she’s happy to contribute. “Give it up,” she informs Maxie with a smile. “That’s a fight you won’t win.” Meanwhile, Obrecht has news. “There’s a problem,” she warns someone. Can she still be Willow’s bone marrow donor?

Before he leaves, Cameron wants to make sure that Josslyn will be okay, so he’s trying to get her to steer clear of Dex and the trouble he’s going to bring into her life. “Bodyguards trailing after you,” he reminds his ex, “that is your future.” But will Josslyn’s love for Dex overpower her dislike of Sonny’s operation?

Speaking of Dex, he’s been taken under Sonny’s wing even further, staying at his boss’ home. Something that Spencer isn’t thrilled with, and he lets the guy know just how much he doesn’t trust him. “What do you think I’m lying to Sonny about?” Dex wonders.

Sonny sits down with Nina to fill her in on the latest news, including the assassination attempt at the warehouse. “There was an incident last night,” he admits. But will he tell her the unvarnished truth or try to reassure her by glossing over the gory details?

Alexis was frustrated when Gregory wouldn’t tell her the truth about why he won’t work with her even though he left his job at PCU, but now that he’s clearly got some kind of health problem, she’s even more determined to find out what’s going on with him. “If you’re not drunk,” she asks, “why are you slurring your words?”
