General Hospital Spoilers 3/3/23: Who Is Pregnant?

Secrets are everywhere in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Sasha wants to know what’s up with Brook Lynn, Chase wonders what his father is hiding, Alexis gets confused, Laura confronts Victor, Eileen freaks out, and Kristina wonders if her sister is pregnant!

“What’s going on here?” Brook Lynn asks. But it’s Sasha who really wants some answers… namely about why Brook Lynn is acting so awkward around her! “You admit that there is something,” she presses. Will Brook Lynn explain her concerns about Sasha and Chase?

Speaking of Chase, the ex-cop is surprised to run into his father at the hospital, and immediately becomes suspicious when Gregory won’t explain why he’s there. “Is there a reason you won’t tell me why you’re here?” Chase wonders. What’s really going on?

Ignoring Diane’s advice to let it go, Alexis remains determined to figure out a way to get Gregory to work for her even though PCU won’t seem to let him. But if the call she’s making now is about that, she doesn’t seem to be making much progress! “Can you repeat that?” a startled Alexis asks the person on the other end of the line.

Having sent Eileen to confront Anna’s “corpse,” Laura runs into Victor and is confident that his henchwoman will no longer be much help to him. And as the Cassadine grouses about his recent problems, Laura taunts, “You have no one to blame for that but yourself.”

And in the morgue, the deputy mayor was already shaken by the sight of Anna’s rotting body, but then seeing a ghostly vision of the woman pushed her right over the edge! “Please!” Eileen cries. “I’ll do anything!” But what is the next step of this plan?

Dante comes home to a warm kiss from his girlfriend but also a surprise from Kristina, who has found a pregnancy test and suspects it’s Sam’s! “I have just found out that you have been holding out on us,” she accuses the couple. However, might the test belong to Molly, instead? “I’m not sure how he’ll react,” Molly admits. Is TJ ready to be a dad?
