GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 3/5/21: Is Maxie’s Baby Okay?

The wedding is over but the drama continues in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Carly and Nina clash, Violet has a visitor, Jackie comforts Finn as Anna fears the worst, Peter expects to be arrested, Dante questions Sam, Franco has a realization, and Maxie worries about her unborn child!

Nina was having a lovely visit with Wiley, but after explaining to her grandson she wasn’t Willow’s mother, things got complicated and Willow was heartbroken when Wiley said she wasn’t his real mommy! “You really think that was a good idea?” Carly yells at Nina.

With Finn and Anna at odds following their disastrous wedding, Chase took Violet home with him. And he tries to lift the little girl’s spirits with a special visitor. “I think it’s someone that you’ll be very happy to see,” he smiles as he moves to open the door. Checking on Finn, Jackie wonders if he’ll ever be able to forgive Anna for lying to him. “Can’t you get past this?” she asks. And down in the nearly-empty wedding venue, Anna opens up to Robert about her fears. “I don’t think an apology’s gonna be enough,” she admits.

Now that Peter’s crimes have been exposed, he’s clearly not marrying Maxie right now, but he wonders what his immediate future actually holds. “Are you arresting me?” he demands to know. Off to the side, Dante questions what Sam’s going to do now. “Gonna let Jason know what happened down here today?” he wonders. And up in his room, Franco puts the pieces together and comes to a shocking conclusion. “It was Peter,” he declares to himself.

After the shocking revelations about Peter’s past came to light, Maxie was completely stunned, but things took another turn when she suddenly grabbed her stomach in pain! Now sitting in a wheelchair being admitted to the hospital, the mother-to-be fears the worst! “Let’s just take this one step at a time,” Britt says reassuringly. Will Maxie’s baby be okay?
