General Hospital Spoilers 3/7/23: Willow Reaches Out to Nina

Important conversations are being had in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Molly has news for TJ, Marshall has advice for Portia, Alexis needs Curtis’ help, Ava warns Austin, Drew wants to celebrate, Sonny needs Olivia, Dex fears he’s been exposed, and Willow wants to talk to Nina!

Kristina assumed Sam was the one keeping a secret but then they learned that the pregnancy test belonged to Molly, who wasn’t sure how TJ would react to being a father. But sitting with Molly now in Charlie’s Pub, TJ looks pretty excited by the prospect! “Are we having a baby?” he asks her.

Portia fears that keeping the secret about Trina’s paternity has destroyed their entire family but Marshall is there to help steer her onto the right path. “An instinct shouldn’t always be trusted,” he advises. Meanwhile, Curtis is being kept busy by Alexis. “I need you to come with me,” she declares, taking off. Can he help her get to the bottom of what’s going on with Gregory?

GH Michael Dex — Has Dex blown his cover?ABC

Ava was already freaking out when Nikolas’ body went missing and now that Austin knows that Mason followed them to Spoon Island and appears to know everything, things just got a lot more complicated! “Don’t give anybody a reason to suspect you,” she warns him.

However, things seem to be looking up for Drew and Carly. “I’ve got something I want to celebrate!” he announces happily. Can they finally go public with their relationship?

“I’m gonna need your help,” Sonny informs Olivia. But with what? Smoothing things over with Nina? Helping Ava? Finding Nikolas? Or something else entirely?

With the Pikeman deal approaching, Michael is eager to use it to help bring Sonny down, but during another secret meeting, Dex has some bad news. “I think Sonny might be on to me,” he reveals. Is Dex just being paranoid or could their scheme be about to fall apart completely?

After speaking with Obrecht, Willow realized she needs to decide whether or not she wants to accept Nina in her life. So naturally, that’s when they run into her in the hospital! “That’s what I wanted to… talk to you about,” Willow tells her mother.
