General Hospital Spoilers 3/9/22: Maxie Begs Britt to Reconsider!

In these exciting new GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, promises are made and plans are rearranged! Sasha accuses Brando of changing his mind, Drew goes with Plan B after Sam and Dante wonder if they are too late in their plan to trap Victor, Esme insists she is committed to the cause, and Maxie tries to convince Britt to change her mind!

Up in Niagara Falls, Sasha and Brando are in the car driving to their quickie wedding, but the groom can’t help but wonder why she’s so eager to elope. Especially since things had been so strained between them after Liam’s death. When Brando shares his doubts about if they are doing the right thing, Sasha questions his commitment to their plans. “Have you changed your mind about getting married?” she asks her fiancé. Will this newly reunited couple split up again before the day is over?

Back home in Port Charles, Brando’s mom is with Lucy at the Metro Court — and something gets Gladys all worked up into a tizzy. Did something tip her off that her only child is eloping, and she won’t be there to see Brando and Sasha exchange vows? “You don’t think that’s what they’re doing?” a fretful Gladys asks. Lucy, however, knows that Gladys hasn’t exactly been the model’s biggest fan, and calls her out on her sudden concern. “Since when did you,” Lucy accuses, “become Team Sasha?”

Over at Sam’s apartment, she, Dante, and Drew have been laying out their strategy to plant a tarot card among Peter’s belongings for Victor to find. But upon learning that Peter’s things have already been delivered to his next of kin, Sam tells the guys that they may need to pivot in their plan to take down Victor. “There might be a problem with your plan,” she says. But this trio is nothing if not resourceful, and it’s not long before a Plan B is in place and Drew throws out the bait to Victor at the Metro Court! “Your timing could not be any better,” the former SEAL announces to the Cassadine. What is Drew attempting to goad Victor to do?

Raise your hand if you were shocked to see Ryan speak to Esme at Spring Ridge after barely communicating with Harmony and her letter board! Us too! Desperate to explain herself, Esme makes a promise that her intentions are exactly where they are supposed to be. “First and last is always to you,” the teen vows. But is she aligning herself with Ryan, or someone else? And if she is working on Ryan’s behalf, the big question is, why?

In the hallway outside the Metro Court restaurant, Maxie and Britt’s lunch with Bailey Lu was interrupted when a messenger delivered the remainder of Peter’s belongings to his sister. Needless to say, Britt is shocked to receive the box containing what is left of her half-brother and is curious why she was the recipient of his things. Surely, she’ll want to trash that trash as quickly as she can. So what has Maxie begging Britt to reconsider her actions? “Britt, no!” Maxie pleads. “Don’t do that.”
