General Hospital Spoilers 5/12/23: Dex Must Pick a Side!

It’s the moment of truth in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Ava considers coming clean, Willow struggles in isolation, Diane has bad news for Drew, Scott questions Obrecht’s feelings, Josslyn worries about Carly, Sonny puts his foot down, and Dex has a life-changing decision to make!

Ava has warned Nina that she’d better hope Carly never finds out she’s the one who tipped the SEC off about her and Drew, so she’s naturally taken aback when her gal pal confesses she’s thinking of coming clean! Well, to Willow, at any rate! “The only thing I can do,” Nina declares, “is tell Willow the truth.” Will Ava agree or warn her against it?

As she prepares to receive her life-saving bone marrow transplant, Willow’s condition is so fragile that she must remain in complete isolation at the hospital. Laying in her bed and talking over an intercom phone, she weakly tells someone: “Don’t let it happen again.” But is she playfully scolding Wiley… or Michael?

Out in the hospital corridor, Scott tentatively approaches Obrecht, who has returned to Port Charles just in time to save Willow’s life. Although she dumped him after he defended Liz for actions that indirectly led to the death of her daughter, Britt, Scott is hoping that she’s had a change of heart. “I was wondering if you feel the same way,” he muses.

Also in the waiting area, Diane breaks some bad news to a disappointed Drew. “It’s going to get worse before it gets better,” she warns. And Josslyn worries that the longer the investigation goes on, the more trouble her mother could be in with the SEC. “Well, how long do they think this is gonna take?” she asks Carly.

Sitting behind his desk in his office, Sonny takes control of a situation. “No one’s leaving this room until we do that,” he announces. But is this family business or business business?

Dex managed to capture video evidence of Sonny discussing running explosives through Port Charles with Pikeman, but now he’s on the fence about whether or not to go along with Michael’s plan to use it to destroy the mobster once and for all. “I only have two options here,” he insists. But is either of them the right one?
