General Hospital Spoilers 11/10/22: Heather's Next Move!

Port Charles is in chaos in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Jordan starts another investigation, Ava opens up to Nina, Willow has a favor to ask, Victor scrambles, Liz has a scary encounter, someone’s spying on Josslyn, and Dante searches for Heather as she plots her next move!

After the prison transport crashed and the prisoners and Dex escaped, it was just the lone guard left in the vehicle. And now Jordan has to try to make sense of what exactly happened to cause all of this. “I need to know who did this to you,” she declares.

Getting together for drinks with Nina, Ava admits that being single again isn’t as much fun as you might think. “Freedom isn’t all it’s cracked up to be,” she jokes as she raises another martini. How much longer before she goes back to Nikolas?

Michael was stunned when Willow confessed that the big secret she’d been keeping from him wasn’t an affair but that she had been diagnosed with leukemia and had postponed treatment for the sake of their unborn child. But Michael promised to be there for her every step of the way as she now begins treatment, and she’s glad to hear it. “I have a favor of my own to ask,” she tells him.

Learning that his plan to frame Anna for Lucy’s murder is starting to unravel, Victor is desperately trying to stay on top of things. “Any word yet on my son?” he asks someone over the phone. Can Valentin find a safe place to hide with Anna until they can stop Victor?

There are a few criminals on the loose right now, but since Liz went to Spoon Island to talk to Nikolas, when she places a call to report, “I just spotted a fugitive,” it’s likely Esme that she’s encountered! But will Esme try to silence Liz?

Heather is on the loose again, and as Dante remarks, “Heather Webber, she is capable of anything.” Could she be the person spying on Josslyn through the window of her home? “The bad,” Heather informs someone, “they get what they deserve!” But who is she after this time?
