GH Spoilers 11.18/20: Willow and Michael Learn the Shocking Truth!

It’s getting hard to separate the truth from the lies in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Jason decides to put his trust in Britt, Nikolas covers for Ava as Sonny warns her to watch her back, Julian is under Cyrus’ thumb, and Willow and Michael react to the revelation that they’ve been lied to for months!

Britt was happy to take Cyrus’ job offer as chief of staff, but Jason tries to get her to understand that her new boss cannot be trusted and is in fact the source of the dangerous drugs threatening Port Charles. “I think you’ll do the right thing… when the time comes,” he admits. Will Britt come through in the end?

When Sonny accused Ava of having something to do with the attempt on Ryan Chamberlin’s life, Nikolas stepped in to take the heat off his wife. “I knew he had to be dealt with,” the prince declares. But Sonny warns Ava that she has to be very careful with stunts like this. “If you’re gonna take a shot,” he insists, “you can’t miss!”

When Cyrus ordered Julian to kill Jason Morgan, he suggested Marcus Taggert as an alternative target and the drug runner was surprised to find out the cop was still among the living. But who will Cyrus force him to take out, and is there any way out of this for Julian where he doesn’t end up in prison or worse — six feet under? “You have no one to blame but yourself,” Cyrus informs him.

Willow’s entire world was turned upside down when Chase finally confessed that he and Sasha had lied about sleeping together. “Why would you two do something so awful?” she asks, disgusted. Meanwhile, Michael is also reeling from the truth after Carly came clean with her son. “How could you know the truth and not tell me?” he angrily asks his mother. Is there any way things can go back to the way they were or is it already too late?
