GH Spoilers 11/19/21: Will Sasha and Her Baby Survive?

Brace for Friday cliffhangers in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Nina continues to cause friction between Sonny and Carly as well as Michael and Willow, Valentin needs the truth from Brook Lynn, Peter’s captives attempt their escape from Cassadine Island, and Liz gets help as Sasha worries about her unborn child!

Willow is upset at having to explain herself to Michael. “Is that so impossible to understand?” she asks him. And Willow’s kindness towards Nina also left Carly seeing red, especially as Sonny himself continues to defend Nina! “Please help me understand, here,” she begs her husband. But is there any way for Sonny to explain how he feels about Nina that won’t blow up their marriage forever?

Valentin has come to the heartbreaking realization that Brook Lynn has been lying to him all along and that Bailey is not his daughter. “I need to hear you say the words,” she says, his voice thick with emotion. Brook Lynn bites her lip as tears fill her eyes. Can he ever forgive her for this?

Meanwhile, Maxie tries to offer Nina some support after her recent run-in with Carly, but she’s not able to look on the bright side of things. “I’m afraid it’s highly unlikely,” Nina insists.

On Cassadine Island, Britt is desperate to get away from Peter and his henchman while they still can. “We have to leave,” she insists. If they miss this opportunity, they may not get another! Meanwhile, Drew holds his gun on someone and declares: “And if I kill you, that’s just a bonus.” Hopefully, he’s aiming at Peter and not Jason!

When Sasha’s contractions wouldn’t stop and her blood pressure spiked, Liz rushed to find the doctor. “Something is seriously wrong,” she reports. And in her hospital bed, a weary and worried Sasha wonders, “Is everything okay?” Will she and her baby both survive this ordeal?
