General Hospital Spoilers 11/2/22: Liz Learns the Awful Truth!

Watch your step in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Jordan warns Alexis, Trina gives Josslyn advice, Sam enlists Spinelli’s help, Britt has warmed to Cody but Scott definitely hasn’t, Drew tries to stop Carly, and Liz is horrified to learn of her role in Reiko’s death. How much worse can it get?

Alexis tried to use her paper to help smoke out The Hook but when her open letter to the killer leads to more trouble, she thinks she knows just which step to take next. “No Alexis,” Jordan declares. “You will do no such thing.” But will she listen?

Josslyn definitely listens to what Trina has to say, though. “That’s excellent advice,” she tells her pal. Might Trina have a suggestion on how Joss can fix her fractured relationship with Cameron?

Sam was hired by Britt to investigate the mysterious necklace that she found in Peter’s safety deposit box and she’s determined to figure out why Cody was so interested in the jewelry. Spotting Spinelli at the Halloween fair, Sam decides to enlist his aid… whether he likes it or not! “You’re going to help me find out the goods on Cody Bell,” she insists.

Meanwhile, over at Charlie’s Pub, Scott faces off with Cody. “I know trouble when I look it in the eye,” the attorney declares. Can Cody convince him he’s not all bad? Britt seems to have come around on the guy, at least a little bit. “There’s more to you than what you see,” she assures someone.

Having spoken to Alexis about the consequences of insider trading, Drew rushes to warn Carly that they could be in very serious trouble. “That is something that you cannot do,” he cautions her. Can they avoid being found out?

Liz wanted the answers from her parents about their connection to Finn’s late wife, Reiko, and knew she probably wouldn’t like them when she got them. But worse than finding out that her father had an affair with Reiko was finding out that he wasn’t the one who pushed her down the stairs after all. “It was me!” Liz cries as she processes the horrible truth. Will this breakthrough finally help Liz put her life back together again or will it shatter it irreparably?
