GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 11/20/20: Julian Says Goodbye

Danger is everywhere in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Britt may have made a terrible mistake, Dev confronts Cameron, Sam and Molly meet with Diane, Jason stays with Danny, Laura and Sonny offer Lulu and Dante advice, and Cyrus puts his deadly plan in motion!

As Britt stands in the hospital corridor on her cell phone, Cyrus walks around the corner to approach from behind. “You need to get to General Hospital now,” she urges the person on the other end of the line. Will the villain suspect Britt is betraying him?

Dev sits down with Cameron to have an important conversation. “What is it you wanted to talk to me about?” Cam asks his pal. He might not be so friendly if he knew how Dev has lied and gone behind his back to try and steal Josslyn!

Diane meets with Sam and Molly and needs them to make a decision. “So ladies,” the attorney asks, “what’s it gonna be?” Meanwhile, Jason is hanging out with Danny at the Floating Rib and decides they can spend some more time together. “I’m in no hurry if you’re not,” he tells his son happily.

Also at the Floating Rib, Lulu opens up to her mother about her feelings for Dante, looking for her mother’s sage advice. “He’ll understand,” Laura promises. And at the gym, Sonny urges his son to open up about what’s wrong. “You don’t have to pretend with me,” he informs Dante.

Alexis may be drunk but she can still tell that there’s something going on with Julian that he’s not telling her. “You sound like you’re saying goodbye,” she notes, concerned. And later, Cyrus announces: “Call me when it’s done.” The villain wants Julian to plant a bomb at the Floating Rib to kill Jason, but will he actually go through with it? Especially with so many other people who could be hurt or killed?
