GH Spoilers 11/5/21: Will Cameron and Josslyn Take the Next Step?

It’s decision time in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Esme keeps pushing, Josslyn and Cameron contemplate their future, Trina still doesn’t trust Spencer, Ava reassures Nikolas, Shawn updates Alexis, Liz shares some advice with Carly, and Sonny issues a warning!

Sitting at the counter in Kelly’s, Esme continues manipulating those around her. “You’re a real gentleman that way,” she smiles. It looks like she might still be teasing Cameron and Josslyn about the fact that they haven’t yet had sex because later, Josslyn finds herself in Cam’s arms where she says: “We should do something about that.” Are they ready to take such a big step?

Spencer stops by the gallery to see Trina, but she’s still not sure exactly what the Cassadine is really up to. “Who do you think you’re fooling?” she asks him. Can he charm his way back into her heart?

Nikolas has a lot going on right now, dealing with his wayward son and trying to keep Shawn quiet about Hayden’s disappearance, but Ava is there for her husband. “Not if, my love,” she promises, “when.” But what are these two planning now?

Shawn visits Alexis in Spring Ridge again to share the latest. “I am going to do the right thing,” he assures her. Will he still accept Nikolas’ hush money or continue to seek justice for Hayden and himself?

At Sonny’s request, Carly agreed to not actively take revenge against Nina, but it’s been a struggle to keep her word! “Nothing could keep me from destroying the person who came between me and my family,” Liz admits to her. Might the nurse inspire Carly to finally take action against her rival?

Now that he’s back home and back in charge, Sonny has been making sure that everyone knows it. “There’s no coming back from that,” he warns someone.
