General Hospital Spoilers 11/8/22: Esme's Great Escape!

When Sam stops by the hospital, Britt asks for an update on the investigation. “Do you know where that necklace came from?” the doc asks. But does Sam have the information that Britt is looking for?

Finn was upset when he learned Liz had lied to him about attending a medical conference, but now that she’s back from visiting her parents, she has a lot to tell him. “I now know what happened on those stairs,” Liz reveals. But how will Finn react when he learns what really happened to his late wife?

In Terry’s office at the hospital, Willow is shaken by the heartbreaking news that her oncologist shares about her leukemia having progressed to stage four. “Did I wait too long?’ she asks, her voice shaking. Could Willow or her unborn child’s lives be in serious danger?

Valentin has a plan to keep Anna out of Pentonville, but will it work? “You should act now,” he whispers to someone on the other end of the phone. But has Victor ensured that his allies will prevent any attempt to free Anna?

Happening upon Sonny and Nina in the park talking about how he didn’t need to know something, Michael naturally wants to know what new secret they’re trying to keep. “I would be very careful what you’re about to say next,” Sonny cautions his son.

Now that she’s been given a clean bill of health and is ready to return to Darkham Asylum, Heather is pleasantly surprised to encounter a familiar face on the prison transport. “We’ll have time to catch up,” she enthuses.

Desperate to escape Nikolas’ clutches, Esme managed to get a window open and has tied bedsheets together in the hopes of climbing to freedom. “I can do this,” she tells herself as she lowers the makeshift rope over the ledge. But can she?
