General Hospital Spoilers 10/27/22: Chase Gets Real!

Things are getting serious in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Chase opens his heart to Brook Lynn, Josslyn tries to make things right with Cameron, Spencer gets an unexpected visitor, Felicia questions Sam about Cody, who is putting on a brave face, and Sonny makes a serious threat! Watch out!

Out on a romantic date, Chase wants to make sure Brook Lynn knows exactly how he feels about her. “What’s happening between us?” he smiles. “It’s as real as it gets.” Of course, he might feel differently about her if he knew she was subtly sabotaging his attempt to get back on the police force!

After Esme’s plot to destroy their lives changed everything, Cameron and Josslyn have not been on particularly solid ground. And despite her secret feelings for Dex, Joss tries to reassure her beau that they’re still okay. “I can’t imagine my life without you,” she declares.

And might Cam and Joss be the surprise visitors that Spencer receives in Pentonville? “I did not expect to see you guys,” he smiles. Is a friendly face or two just what Spencer needs to boost his spirits and get him through the rest of his sentence?

At The Savoy, Felicia approaches Sam to ask her opinion on Dante’s old friend Cody, who might very well turn out to be Mac’s long-lost son. “Do you know anything troubling about Cody?” she asks the P.I. But will Sam tell her what she knows about the guy threatening Spinelli?

At the hospital, Cody is reluctantly agreeing to the DNA test to see if Mac is really his father, but he’s putting on a brave face throughout. “The torture was having to fake how I really feel,” he confesses to someone. If Mac proves to be his father, will Cody look at things differently or could it just make things worse?

Sonny will do whatever it takes to protect the people he loves, and right now, that includes Nina, who stands behind her man as he warns someone not to step out of line like that again. “That will be the last stunt you pull in this town,” he threatens.
