General Hospital Spoilers 10/4/22: Ava Taunts Ryan!

Tread carefully in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Josslyn thinks she’s figured it out, Victor threatens Nikolas, Sonny makes a vow, Drew tries to get through to Carly, and Ava pays Ryan a visit!

After a run-in with Carlos at Sonny’s restaurant, Josslyn puts two and two together and goes to the Metro Court to find Michael and let him know what she suspects. “I think I know why no one’s seen Dex,” she reveals as she sits down across from him. Can the two of them convince Sonny to let him go?

Outside of Kelly’s, Nikolas oversteps with Victor, who stands up from his table to put the young Cassadine in his place. “You do not want to put that to the test,” Victor warns menacingly. But will Nik give in or fight back?

As everyone waits for good news about Diane’s condition now that she’s out of surgery and recovering from her attack, Sonny remains determined to bring The Hook to justice himself. “I’m gonna do what I have to do to make sure that Diane gets justice,” he informs Dante. But will the detective allow his father to take the law into his own hands?

Down in Florida, Drew continues trying to help Carly as she fights the new highway that’s going to relocate her mother’s grave. But being back in her hometown is bringing back all kinds of memories for her that she’s also having to deal with. “Why are you still blaming yourself?” Drew asks her.

Finally out of the hospital, Ava is clearly feeling better because she’s over at Spring Ridge paying a visit to Ryan Chamberlain! “Esme overstayed her welcome,” she taunts the supposedly locked-in patient. “And now she’s gone!” Will Ava regret poking the bear?
