GH Spoilers 9/21/21: Sonny Gets the Shock of His Life!

These GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers promise a can’t-miss episode today! Brook Lynn needs Chase, Anna has Peter in her sights, Michael and Willow discuss the future, Maxie steps in it with Austin, and Jason and Carly profess their love even as Sonny returns home to the shock of his life! Shocks all around, really!

Brook Lynn was happy to see Chase again, and now she decides to open up to the detective. “I’ve been struggling and I think you might have the answer,” she confides. But which of her problems does she think Chase might have the solution for?

Valentin declared that he was going to shoot Peter on sight, so it’s probably best for him that it’s Anna who was the first to find him! “You just need to give me an excuse,” she hisses as she aims her gun straight at him. Will she take the shot or might Peter be able to wriggle his way out of this one, too?

Willow caught the bouquet as Carly’s wedding, which bodes well for her relationship with Michael. Might she be moving out of the gatehouse and back to the mansion? “You feel like that’s a better arrangement?” she asks her beau.

Maxie agreed to ask Austin to be her date to the wedding to help Brook Lynn keep an eye on the newcomer but she’s been nervous about the doctor remembering too much of the night when he helped deliver her daughter, Louise. And it seems like she may have made a bit of a slip-up! “What does that have to do with Bailey?” Austin asks, confused. Can Maxie cover or has she blown the baby switch?

Naturally, Britt wasn’t going to attend Jason’s wedding even if she’d been invited, so she has spent the evening busying herself with work at the hospital. “We both know what tonight was really about,” she sighs.

This wedding was originally supposed to be just a business arrangement to solidify the Corinthos power base in Port Charles among the rival crime families but now that it’s happened, it’s clear that Jason and Carly have real feelings for each other. “I was in love with you then,” Carly confesses, “and I’m in love with you now.” But as the newlyweds head upstairs to consummate their union, Sonny has returned home to Port Charles, his memories finally restored. So when he finally reunites with Carly and Jason, all three of them are going to be in for quite a shock!
