GH Spoilers 9/23/22: Anna and Valentin Are in Danger!

These new GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers promise an episode full of twists and turns! Sasha fears for her future, Liz uncovers a major clue about her past, Nikolas seeks Alexis’ advice, Nina urges Ava to reconsider her divorce, a grieving Sonny turns to Diane, Victor presses Lucy for a confession, and Anna and Valentin find themselves in a sticky situation!

In the wake of Brando’s death, Sasha is worried about her future. And not just because she’s lost her husband. With Brando no longer here to serve as her conservator, the model may be facing some time behind bars after all for her attack on Smoltz’s car — unless another guardian is appointed. “Am I going to prison?” a worried Sasha asks.

Elizabeth felt like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders when she was able to put a face to the woman at the bottom of the stairs in her memory. Naturally, she’s excited to share her breakthrough with Finn and rushes off to find him in his office after completing her sketch. “I remember the woman at the bottom of the stairs,” she excitedly tells her beau. But why does the woman in Liz’s picture look just like the woman in the photo Finn was looking at on his phone? Could it be the doctor’s late wife, Reiko? And what is her connection to Jeff Webber?

At the Metro Court, Nikolas meets up with his aunt Alexis — perhaps hoping that she’ll have some advice for him when it comes to winning back Ava? “Is that the best you can do?” he questions, as Alexis responds with an exasperated look. Meanwhile, Nina visits Ava at the hospital. After checking in on how her friend is feeling, it seems like Nina might try to convince Ava to give her husband another chance! “Why are you pushing me to get back with Nikolas?” Ava quizzes Nina.

Diane offers Sonny a shoulder to unload on.ABC

Sonny’s been holding it together for his family members — especially Sasha and Gladys — as they grieve Brando’s tragic death. But fearing that those close to him are the ones being targeted by The Hook, Sonny turns to his trusty and loyal attorney, Diane, when he needs some consoling of his own. Might he be lamenting that he wasn’t able to keep his cousin and his daughter’s mother safe? “How can I forget that, Diane?” a worried Sonny points out.

Over on The Haunted Star, Lucy continues trying to dig up dirt on Victor’s plan during their “date.” But has the wicked Cassadine caught on that she’s playing him? “You must always be honest with me,” the suave Victor informs Lucy, “no matter what.”

Meanwhile, on the deck of the ship, Anna and Valentine’s plan to rescue Lucy from Victor’s clutches has hit a major snag: Valentin’s near-sneeze clued Johann in that there were other people aboard The Haunted Star! With his gun drawn, Victor’s bodyguard is on the hunt for the intruders. Will Anna and Valentin find a place to hide before Johann discovers them?
