GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers: Is Peter Going To Die?

Peter’s been poisoned and in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, everyone waits to see if he’s finally going to die! But might someone help him along to the pearly gates?

At the Metro Court, Anna informs Sonny and Carly of the latest news. And neither of them are particularly bothered to hear that Peter has been poisoned. In fact, Carly is actually kind of excited about it! “Oh God,” she says, putting her hands together to pray. “Please tell me he’s dying!”

Meanwhile, at the Savoy, Curtis fills Drew in on all of Peter’s crimes he missed while he was away from Port Charles. “Peter has been raising all kinds of hell around here,” he reveals. Well, that’s putting it mildly! Nobody in Port Charles would be sorry to see Peter kick the bucket!

GH Liz Finn
Liz would love to see Peter gone for good.ABC

Liz may be a nurse, but she has no sympathy for this particular patient. “Peter murdered my husband,” she reminds Finn in his office. “He’s the reason that Jason is dead.” She helped Finn cover when he thought he’d killed Peter, so perhaps one of them might take advantage of this opportunity to finish the job?

Sonny was the one who made a deal with Ms. Wu to take Peter out, so he’s naturally pleased to hear that she’s taken action so quickly. Because among all of Peter’s various crimes, it’s causing Jason’s death that hurts the most. “This is for all of them,” he informs Carly. “He will be avenged.”

But even though Ms. Wu arranged for her nephew, Brad, to deliver the poisoned food to Peter’s cell, it appears that someone isn’t willing to wait and see if that was enough to kill him. Someone in surgical scrubs that look a lot like Liz’s is holding a scalpel in a way that looks pretty threatening. Will Peter finally meet his maker?
