General Hospital Spoilers: Liz Fears the Worst!

The walls are closing in on Finn and Liz in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers and there may not be any way out for the inadvertent partners in crime! Plus, Carly wants to know what Michael and Willow are up to, and Nina and “Mike” continue to struggle with their feelings. Things are about to get very messy!

Liz barges into Finn’s office to announce: “Finn, I just spoke to—“ before stopping short at the sight of the doctor talking with Anna. Finn looks at Liz, who bites her tongue as Anna looks at the nurse expectantly. She’s already started figuring out Finn’s role in Peter’s mysterious disappearance but has Liz just revealed her own involvement in the cover-up? And later, Jason does some snooping around after begging Liz to let him help her while the nurse turns to Scott for some legal advice in preparation for the worst. “How does the law define justifiable homicide?” Liz asks him. Thank goodness for attorney/client privilege!

GH Willow Carly — Doesn’t Carly have enough problems of her own to worry about right now?ABC

Nina returned to Nixon Falls at “Mike’s” request to help Phyllis and Lenny as they adjust to the bar owner’s cancer diagnosis but as she admitted, that’s not the only reason she was eager to go back there. However, as Nina and “Mike” throw off more sparks and get close to another kiss, will she continue to pursue her feelings for Sonny knowing that he has no idea who he really is?

Michael and Willow agreed to put their relationship on hold so she could marry Chase on his death bed, but now that the cop has survived, they’re having a hard time sticking to that agreement. And when Carly witnesses a close moment between Willow and her son, she wonders what’s really going on. “What are you two doing?” Carly asks Chase’s wife. Can Willow figure out a way to get Carly off the scent or will she be forced to tell the truth about their plan?
