General Hospital Spoilers: How Far Will Liz and Finn Go?

Lines are being crossed in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, but how far will people go for love? Maxie questions Nina, Willow struggles with her decision, Carly gets an eyeful of Britt and Jason, and Liz tries to keep Anna in the dark as her and Finn’s secret brings them closer together!

Now that she’s back in Port Charles, Nina is catching up on what she missed while she was away and checks in with Maxie to see how she’s doing. But Maxie is more interested in where her boss has been all this time. “Nina,” she asks, “what is in Nixon Falls that made you stay away for so long?” Will seeing Sonny’s family and friends inspire her to finally come clean about him being alive and suffering from amnesia or is it already too late?

With Chase on his death bed, Willow accepted his marriage proposal but isn’t sure she’s doing the right thing. Brook Lynn questions her decision, and Willow tries to insist her heart’s in the right place. “I love Chase,” she promises. However, as Brook Lynn notes, “But you’re in love with Michael.” If she marries Chase and a cure is found so he doesn’t die, this is going to get messy!

GH Britt Jason — Will Jason’s friends accept his new romance with Britt?ABC

When Carly walks into the Metro Court to see Britt sitting at the bar with Jason holding her hand and the pair making goo-goo eyes at each other, her eyes widen. She’ll definitely have something to say about this situation, but can Jason and Britt make this relationship work with the odds against them?

Anna is convinced that Peter is still out there somewhere and is determined to track him down not only to bring him to justice but to get the cure from him to save Chase’s life. Liz, having helped Finn hide Peter’s body to cover up his death, is just as determined to keep her in the dark. “Anna!” the nurse shouts when she catches her on the rooftop trying to open the service elevator door. And their dark secret is bringing Liz and Finn closer as the sparks start flying. “This is not your fault,” she assures him. He looks down at her comforting hand in his, and then they lock eyes. Could love bloom from this tragedy?
