General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Confronts Willow!

Secrets can’t be kept forever in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! As Willow receives devastating news, Michael continues his search for the truth. And as Ava needles Nina, Willow has a big decision to make. Will she finally let Michael know what’s going on?

When Willow learned that her test results were in, she agreed that Michael could accompany her to the hospital, but when she’s finally sitting in Terry’s office, it’s TJ in the chair next to her. And unfortunately, the news is not good. “Your leukemia is now in stage four,” Terry reports sadly. As she processes the news and what this means for her and her unborn baby, Willow tearfully embraces a supportive TJ. “I’m so scared,” she admits.

Out in the park with Nina, Sonny insists that he can’t do as she asks. “Michael does not need to know anything,” he argues. Of course, right at that moment, Michael comes walking up to the pair with a sour look on his face. Is this the next stage of his plan to bring his father down?

Nina has been trying to do the right thing these days but still can’t resist a little bit of scheming here and there. And Ava is happy to call her friend out on it. “You couldn’t wait to stir that pot,” she accuses. For her part, Nina looks like she regrets her actions, but is there any way to make things right?

And when Michael does arrive at the hospital, he finds Willow with TJ and the tension in the room is palpable. “What’s going on?” he demands to know. Willow has been trying to keep her cancer diagnosis from Michael but is this where she finally comes clean?
