GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Felix and Sabrina Reunited!
It was a wonderful GENERAL HOSPITAL reunion when good friends Marc Anthony Samuel (Felix) and Teresa Castillo (ex-Sabrina) were able to meet up this past weekend and spend some time together! “Ran into this guy at the top of a mountain,” Castillo shared on Instagram. “Love you, Marc!”
Samuel shared the love right back and was delighted that his former co-star and her husband, Shane Aaron, were in his neck of the woods! “A happy surprise when Shane and Mija visit the mountains!” he posted on his own Instagram with his own selfie. “So good seeing you, Teresa!” (Mija is a Spanish term of endearment that literally means “my daughter” but is more commonly used as an affectionate term to address women like “dear” or “honey.”
Castillo made her debut as nurse Sabrina Santiago back in September 2012 and Samuel joined the cast of GH in December of that same year, playing her friend and fellow nurse, Felix DuBois. The two were instrumental in helping Lucy relaunch the annual Nurses Ball benefit concert the following year. Felix always had Sabrina’s back so he was understandably heartbroken when she was murdered in 2016.
Fans were also devastated by the decision to kill off Sabrina, but remain happy whenever Felix makes an appearance on screen. Samuel’s most recent episode was back in February 2021 when Felix asked Lucas out for drinks… but just as friends!
We’d love to have been a fly on the wall as these two friends caught up and chatted away, especially to hear anything they had to say about GH! And while a reunion between Sabrina and Felix isn’t going to happen on screen, it’s nice to know that the actors remain close in real life!
