GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Zakary Risinger Hits Primetime!
Viewers don’t see Danny Morgan very often on GENERAL HOSPITAL so they will appreciate being able to see more of his portrayer, Zakary Risinger when he guest stars on YOUNG SHELDON airing on Thursday, May 12, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS! “Super excited for this!” the talented young performer shared on Instagram. “Grateful for Team Zakary.” (And to clarify “Team Zakary,” he tagged The Osbrink Agency and Brave Artists Management.)
Risinger will be playing Danny (no relation, we assume!) in episode 21 of the sitcom’s fifth season, titled “White Trash, Holly Rollers, and Punching People.” In this episode, the Cooper family faces judgment from their church congregation, who is gossiping about Georgie’s pregnancy news.
Risinger joined the cast of GH back in November 2021, taking over for Porter Fasullo in the role of Sam and Jason’s son, Danny. The young actor is no stranger to primetime, having made guest appearances in series like CSI: CYBER, GREY’S ANATOMY, AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, THE MORNING SHOW, FOR ALL MANKIND, and NCIS.
The last time viewers saw Danny on screen in Port Charles was back at the holidays, so while you wait to see Risinger on GH again, you can check him out in YOUNG SHELDON.
