GH Alum Paulina Bugembe Mourns the Death of Her Brother, Christopher
Please join us in sending love to GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Paulina Bugembe (ex-Valerie) as she mourns the tragic death of her brother, Christopher Bugembe. “I hate the coward who took you from us,” they shared on Instagram. “You were loved so, so, so very much, Christopher. Rest in peace, my baby brother. I will see you again.”
On the morning of July 22, 37-year-old Christopher Bugembe and 41-year-old Valentino Stokes were shot and killed in Milwaukee, WI, near Fond du Lac and Congress. The police are still investigating and ask anyone with information about the shooting to call the MPD at 414-935-7360, and if they wish to remain anonymous, to call Crime Stoppers at 414-224-TIPS or use the P3 tips app.
“Many of you have asked how you can help our family and Chris’ children during this time,” Bugembe posted a few days later. “We have set up a GoFundMe for Christopher for anyone who would like to contribute. Our family is forever grateful for all of the messages of support we have received during this difficult time.”
