GH Spoilers 3/2/22: Can Maxie Forgive Austin?

Buckle up for these exciting GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Curtis gets called out by Marshall, Portia has a pointed question for Drew, a confused Liz points the finger at Finn, Dante fills in Sam, Felicia puts Mac in his place, Anna makes a confession, and Austin wonders if he’s messed things up with Maxie!

Having figured out that Curtis was behind Drew’s out-of-the-blue job offer to be part of Aurora’s music division — which would have required a background check — Marshall asks his son to meet him at the coffee shop. “Why’d you want to meet?” asks Curtis. Is Marshall about to finally tell Curtis why he had to leave their family all those years ago… or will he continue to dance around his past while calling out Curtis for what he put Drew up to? “So, it may not be safe to do that,” a cryptic Marshall admits.

Meanwhile, Portia is glad to see Drew back in town, but can’t help but wonder why he headed to Europe to take part in the hunt for Peter in the first place. “Was it business,” the curious doctor asks her pal, “or personal?”

Not knowing who she can trust anymore, Liz starts peppering Finn with questions — and things take a surprising turn! “Do you really think I’m accusing your sons?” the doctor asks. Meanwhile, Dante fills in Sam on the mysterious events that have been happening to Liz. “I think Elizabeth has a stalker,” the cop confesses to his girlfriend. Might the detective and the private investigator be able to figure out who has been haunting Elizabeth?

Over at the hospital, Anna admits that when it comes to Peter’s death, the case isn’t quite as closed as everyone thinks it is. “The investigation,” she confesses, “isn’t completely wrapped up.” Meanwhile, Mac thinks he’s recovered enough to return to work — but the police commissioner’s “boss” is quick to tell him that’s not going to happen! “You have to answer to me first,” an angry Felicia tells her husband as Mac tries to get out of his hospital bed.

While at GH to visit Mac, Maxie runs into Austin for the first time since she realized that he’d inadvertently tipped off Peter and Valentin about Bailey’s true identity. Now that Peter is dead and her daughter is safe in her arms, will Maxie consider forgiving Austin? “Is there room in your heart for that?” the doctor asks as Maxie tightly holds Bailey Lu in her arms.
