Kirsten Storms Gives Props To GH Co-Star Wes Ramsey
Soap fans always have opinions about their favorite shows, but so do the actors that star on them! Even as viewers continue to speak out about the latest twists and turns on GENERAL HOSPITAL that have seen Peter scrambling to cover his tracks to keep his life with Maxie from imploding, Kirsten Storms (Maxie) herself took to her Instagram Stories to share her own thoughts!
“First, I want to say thank you to the fans who are really digging this storyline with the truth about Peter coming out,” she declared. “We’ve all been working really hard, cast and crew, to bring you guys the show during this time when we have all these restrictions in place. But it’s well worth it. So thank you to the fans who are being supportive and have kind things to say.”
Storms also wanted to single out her co-star, Wes Ramsey (Peter), who has been the target of some online criticism lately and even took to social media to speak out himself. “I would also like to give props to Wes Ramsey,” she said. “I’ve said this from the beginning, working with Wes, that he is the most professional, considerate, kindest actor that I have ever been paired with on GH. And I truly mean that. Working with him is a joy.
“And I want to give Wes props for his performances, especially lately,” Storms continued. “The juxtaposition of Wes’ personality and Peter’s personality is just crazy. They could not be any more different. Which is, to me, someone who really enjoys watching other actors’ performances and kind of taking my own notes on them for my performances, I really think that’s the sign of a great actor. So Wes, great job. To the fans who have been enjoying the storyline, thank you so much.”
The actress then closed out her series of Instagram Stories videos on a lighter note by declaring that the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from Starbucks is the bomb!
