Nancy Lee Grahn Wants You to RSVP for Daughter Kate’s “Pity Party”

Tags:

Like any proud mom, GENERAL HOSPITAL star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) happily shares all of her daughter’s successes. And given that Kate Grahn is such a talented musician, Mom has always helped to promote her kid’s music career including the recent release of the music video for Kate’s new single, “Pity Party!”

“Kate has released the video for her single, ‘Pity Party,’” Grahn announced on her Instagram. “Coincidentally, today is her birthday as well. I would so appreciate if you’d please help me gift her with a click and a follow @kate.grahn.”

“Pity Party” is a rocking anthem to self-empowerment and the video by director Abbey Harris has Kate fighting back against the sad clowns trying to “help” her leading to all kinds of fun party chaos. You can watch the full music video right here, and if you like what you hear, check out Kate’s YouTube channel for tons more great music!

“Thank you to everyone who worked on this video and song and to everyone who’s been boppin along to the single since it came out,” Kate share on her own Instagram when the video was released on her birthday on Feb. 24.

Kate’s first song, “Wrecking Ball,” came out back in 2013, and the singer/songwriter released her first album, Ragdoll, back in February 2021, and one of the tracks, ‘The Name,” was featured in an episode of GOOD TROUBLE on Freeform in July of that year. You can check out all of her songs, including her album on music streaming services like Spotify.

And Grahn also revealed that her daughter has yet another new tune called “It’s Not Even You I’m Crying Over.” “It’ll be out at the end of March,” she teased. “You can pre-save at this link.”

Talent clearly runs in this family!
