Preview Ryan Paevey’s Romantic New Christmas Movie!
For fans of made-for-television holiday movies, the most wonderful time of the year has officially begun! Yes, Halloween hasn’t even passed us by, but this year’s batch of festive films has already begun airing on Hallmark Channel… and GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Ryan Paevey (ex-Nathan) will star in Coyote Creek Christmas, premiering on Sat., October 30!
The film pairs Paevey as single dad Dylan opposite Janel Parrish (from PRETTY LITTLE LIARS) as party planner Paige. While home for the holidays, Paige volunteers to organize the annual holiday bash at her parents’ Rocky Mountain hotel, the Coyote Creek Inn, sure that the party will help her score a promotion with the upscale event planning company she works at. She decides upon a “Christmas Around The World” theme to celebrate the unique traditions of the inn’s guests, like Dylan, a real estate developer who is visiting the Rockies with his young son for the holidays. But unbeknownst to Paige, her parents are planning to sell the property and Dylan is the potential buyer! As Dylan and Paige both realize that their professional dreams have been stopping them from leading happy lives, the fate of both the Coyote Creek Inn and their relationship is left to be decided by the magic of the holiday season.
Fans of Paevey won’t want to miss the former GH heartthrob in this romantic new movie — especially to see him in scenes with the adorable Azriel Dalman, who plays Dylan’s son, Noah. “For me, at least, I think this film was super unique because I got to play a dad,” said Paevey in a behind-the-scenes video shared by Hallmark.
Parrish confirms that Paevey’s interactions with Dalman are too cute. “It is adorable to see how amazing Ryan is with kids,” she raved of her co-star, before telling Paevey, “You’re a natural!” The actor had a simple answer for why he’s so good with Dalman: “Because I’m a giant child!” he laughed.
All kidding aside, Paevey and Parrish both promise that Coyote Creek Christmas will give viewers all the feels as Dylan and Paige fall in love during a magical Christmas season in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. “The dynamic between Dylan and his kid, and some of the cute moments between Dylan and Paige… we make a nice little family pod,” concluded Paevey.
