The Truth Behind Cyrus’ Transformation on GENERAL HOSPITAL
Cyrus cut off his hair in the Aug. 22 episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL, and after his shave and haircut, he looks like a whole new man! If the criminal is serious about turning over a new leaf, he could totally get a job at a barber shop or salon with those skills!
Although as viewers might have guessed, actor Jeff Kober didn’t perform Cyrus’ makeover himself. In between the character taking a large blade to his shoulder-length locks and the next scene where his hair is trimmed short, the actor headed to the hair and makeup department at the GH studio where the real magic took place!
“Jeff Kober entrusted our award-winning hair and makeup team (featuring Abraham Rivera) with trimming his legendary locks for Cyrus’ dramatic prison transformation,” the soap shared on social media. “Take a look!”
In the time-lapse video, you can see that it took quite some time and effort for Rivera to transform Kober’s look but in the end, it was well worth the effort! “Wow!” exclaimed Tanisha Harper (Jordan) in the comments. “What a transformation and looking fantastic! Abraham did an incredible job as always!” Lydia Look (Selina) also expressed her “love” for the new look, and Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) said it all with a simple fox emoji!
