Watch The Promo for GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Big Return!

The wait is over! GENERAL HOSPITAL returns with brand new episodes beginning on Monday, Aug. 3! After suspending production back in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, GH ran out of episodes on May 21 and began airing classic episodes themed around topics like The Nurses Ball, Sonny’s children, and couples like Jason and Sam and Sonny and Carly. But on July 13, ABC began running more recent episodes of the soap starting at the end of April to refresh fans’ minds about all the storylines as they lead up to their return on Aug. 3!

To make sure fans know to tune in — like any of them would forget! — ABC put together a fun promo video to remind everyone. Franco sidles up next to Ava to inform her: “I come bearing good news” to kick it off, followed by clips of Laura cheering “Excellent!” and Michael declaring, “That’s fantastic!” It’s just a taste of the excitement to come when GH returns with all-new episodes to continue all the drama!
