Join Daytime Legend Kim Zimmer for a Special Birthday Chat!

You’re invited to Kim Zimmer’s birthday celebration! The actress will be joining host Alan Locher in The Locher Room on her birthday, Wednesday, Feb. 2, at 3 p.m. ET to chat and raise money for one of her favorite charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital!

Zimmer made her daytime debut as Bonnie Harmon on ONE LIFE TO LIVE in 1978, and the following year, replaced Kathleen Turner as Nola Dancy Aldrich on THE DOCTORS. In 1983, she returned to OLTL to play the role of Echo DiSavoy, but by the end of the year, had been cast in the role that would make her a daytime icon — GUIDING LIGHT’s notorious Reva Shayne! Over her two decades in the role, Zimmer earned four Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress for her work.

She also appeared on SANTA BARBARA as Jodie DeWitt Walker, and in primetime series like SEINFELD, DESIGNING WOMEN, and MACGYVER. Zimmer has also appeared on the stage in productions of Mama Mia, Gyspy, Sunset Boulevard, Hello Dolly!, and Wicked. With a career like this, she’ll have plenty of interesting tales to tell, so don’t miss it!
