DAYS OF OUR LIVES Spoilers — Hope Arrests Ben!

Tags:

Hope may have gone too far to protect her daughter in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers! Will her desperate need to get Ben out of their lives cause her to do something foolish that could destroy her own future?

Hope wasn’t thrilled when Ben was released and claimed to be reformed, but was especially shaken to find out that the serial killer was getting a little too close to Ciara for her comfort! “Ben Weston is obsessed with my daughter,” she informs Rafe at the police station. “Whatever it takes, I’m gonna get him.” And later, it looks as though Rafe was unable to talk her out of doing something stupid because Hope appears at the loft’s front door with an announcement. “New evidence has come to light,” she declares to the ex-con. Then Hope cuffs Ben and informs him: “You are under arrest.” She drags him out of the building as Tripp and Ciara look on with very different expressions. Ciara is stunned while Tripp doesn’t look particularly bothered to see the guy going.

However, once Hope has Ben back at the station and in the interrogation room, he reminds her that while she may have just arrested him, he’s actually the one who has the upper hand here. “Everybody’s gonna find out that you planted that evidence,” he warns. Hope looks nervous, but stands her ground. Will Hope really risk her entire career — not to mention her life — by framing Ben just to get him out of their lives once and for all?
