Days of Our Lives Spoilers — Will Nicole Die?

Eric just wants to live happily ever after with Nicole, but fate deals them a serious blow in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers. They thought Xander was their biggest obstacle, but now an explosion could put an end to their love forever!

After learning the truth about why Nicole ran away from Salem, Eric managed to track her down and profess his love to her. But she revealed she was now married. Xander had forced her to become his bride because he had her murder confession on tape. Eric believed that getting that recording away from Xander was the way to ensure they would be free of him and could finally put their past behind them, but things take a deadly turn when an explosion leaves Nicole’s life hanging in the balance! “I’m trapped,” she cries. “The fire’s getting closer.”

With Nicole buried under tons of rubble and fire raging all around, it’s a race against time to get her out, though escape seems impossible. But Eric refuses to give up on the woman he loves. “I’m not leaving without you!” he shouts. He struggles to reach through a small hole in the debris to get to her, and a tearful Nicole reaches out to take his hand. “Don’t you let go,” Eric insists. “Don’t you let go.” But then there is the sound of an explosion and he screams her name. Has Eric found Nicole only to lose her again… forever?
