Days of Our Lives Spoilers — Will Gabi Help Save Julie's Life?

Gabi may be grieving, but in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers, she’s still ready to make Julie’s loved ones pay!

After Stefan was shot in the throat while trying to get between Vivian and Lani, Gabi was heartbroken to learn he’d been declared brain dead. “How do I let go of you,” she tearfully says as she gingerly hugs his lifeless body as he lays hooked up to machines keeping him alive. The pair had only just admitted their love for each other and now find themselves being torn apart.

However, being Gabi, she’s able to push her grief aside when she learns that Julie’s family wants to see if Stefan is a match so that the beloved matriarch can receive his heart in a life-saving transplant. “You want Stefan’s heart?” she tells them. “You have to beg for it.” Is there anything anyone can say to convince Gabi to agree to donate Stefan’s heart to save Julie’s life?
