THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL Resumes Production

Ever since the soaps suspended production due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fans have been wondering when they would get back to business, and with Los Angeles opening back up bit by bit and allowing film and television production to resume, it appears that THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL is getting back to work! “Here we go!” Don Diamont (Bill) declared on Instagram, sharing a photo of himself wearing a face mask standing outside the artist entrance to the CBS studio where B&B tapes. He’s gesturing at a large sign that welcomes back the cast and crew of the soap.

“Every bit of safety protocol imaginable is in place and B&B is back in production!” the actor shared. “Let’s roll!” In the comments, castmate Katrina Bowden (Flo) cheered: “Ayy! See you soon!”

At this time, B&B has not made an official statement regarding production and when new episodes will resume airing but Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) enthused, “So excited to be going back to work this week! My first day back after four months is on Thursday! I am so happy! I had to take off my mask for the photo so you could see me smile.”

There are also no details yet regarding the actual safety precautions being used to ensure the safety of the cast and crew as COVID-19 remains a very real threat across the world. Currently, CBS is airing encore episodes of B&B and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS to entertain fans while the soaps have suspended production.
