THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s Message to Fans About the Preemptions

Tags:

Unfortunately, due to the news coverage of the presidential impeachment trial, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL was preempted for most of last week, not airing since Jan. 20. But the soap enlisted star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) to reassure fans that they’ll be back and it will have been worth the wait! “Hi, B&B fans!” she says in the video shot on the Forrester office set and posted to social media on Jan. 24. “We want to thank you for your loyalty and tuning in each and every weekday. THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL has been preempted today, but what we have coming up for you is worth the wait!”

With the soaps being thrown off-schedule by the ongoing preemptions, some have reached out via social media to ask fans to have patience and await their eventual return. ABC sudser GENERAL HOSPITAL did the same thing with a trio of their actors expressing their own gratitude for the support of their loyal fans and urging viewers to hang on just a little bit longer for all the drama that’s coming up.
