Sally was concerned by her trembling and lightheadedness, so she went to the doctors for some tests and was absolutely shattered by the results that give her only a month to live! “You never expect to hear that you have so little time left,” she laments. And as the news spreads, everyone else is equally as stunned. “She’s dying?!” Bill exclaims when Katie shares the news. But Katie remains optimistic. “She’s always ready for a fight,” she insists. “So how terrifying must it be facing one the doctors say she can’t win.”
As Sally tries to distract herself with work, the trembling grows worse and she even passes out in Katie’s arms. Although he recently dumped her to reunite with Flo, Wyatt’s thoughts immediately go to his ex when he learns what Sally is going through. “This can’t be happening,” he sighs to his father. “She needs me now. No one should go through something like this alone!” Trying to sketch and finding it difficult, Sally throws her pencil aside in frustration. “One month,” she cries. “That’s all I have left.” Is there anything that can be done to save her life?
