Steffy’s New Love Interest on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL — Meet Tanner Novlan
A new character is coming to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL but he’ll have a rather familiar face! Actor Tanner Novlan has been cast in the newly-created role of Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan and if you recognize him, you’ve probably seen him as the “struggling actor” in the Liberty Mutual commercial! He will make his daytime debut in the B&B episode airing on Thursday, July 23!
According to TV Line, Finn is being positioned as a new love interest for Steffy Forrester, played by Jacqueline MacInnes Wood. This is a good thing, seeing as how Steffy hasn’t been in a new relationship in quite some time! (Falling back in love — and into bed — with frequent ex Liam Spencer doesn’t really count…) And what could be better than a handsome doctor?
Now that B&B has resumed filming, the soap is planning to begin airing brand new episodes starting on July 20, with Novlan debuting as the sexy doctor after Steffy suffers a terrible accident! Stay tuned to see what happens next!
