Executive producer and headwriter Bradley Bell urges fans to keep watching THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL as we head into fall. “It is going to be a great November through the holidays,” he told Soap Opera Digest. “We have some real big twists coming up and bombs to be dropped.”
Ridge dumped Brooke and rekindled his relationship with Taylor not realizing that it was actually Thomas who manipulated the situation and made it appear that Brooke had betrayed the family. “The question is if and when Ridge finds out the truth, would that be enough to bring him back to Brooke at this point?” Bell mused. “Ridge’s heart is divided; he’s never going to forget Brooke. At some point, there will be a wedding in the future and it can only be with one woman. We have a real surprising conclusion to this story.”
Meanwhile, Brooke just wants to repair things with Ridge, but she also has other men circling her as usual. “Bill certainly always has this incredible, deep crush on Brooke, and Deacon is madly in love with her,” he reminded. “Could there ever be a Brooke and Liam coupling? She betrayed Bridget years ago. To do that again, I’m not saying that it’s impossible, but it’s something that would weigh very heavily on Brooke. So which man will Brooke end up with is yet to be seen, but it’s coming up in November, which will be a November to remember.”
When Quinn dumped Carter and left town, it caused him to look at Katie in a new light as she offered him a shoulder to lean on. “Carter and Katie are connecting,” Bell said. “Carter is going to find in Katie the antithesis of what his relationship with Quinn was. It’s going to lead with the mind and the heart and not with other parts of the anatomy. They’re really going to find something special. It’s certainly a friendship and how far it goes, we shall see.”
Sheila may be laying low right now but there’s only so long she’ll be able to keep away from Finn. “For some reason, Sheila believes that there’s another chapter yet ahead for her,” the scribe teased, “but Steffy and Finn are determined to see that that chapter will be played out with her behind bars.” And while Deacon seems to have completely fallen under her spell, that could be about to change. “He is about to make a very significant move that will change Sheila’s life forever,” promised Bell.
That’s not to mention a new Spencer family story in the works, the Thomas/Hope/Liam triangle threatening to explode, and all the other drama to come as fall unfolds. So keep watching B&B and don’t miss a minute of the action!
