Shauna had agreed to keep her best friend’s secret, but it looks like she’s having an attack of conscience. “You hooked up with another man, Quinn,” she reminds her. “I can’t continue lying like this.” But Quinn is desperate to keep her affair with Carter under wraps, fearing what would happen if Eric ever learned the truth. “You have to stick to the story,” she begs. “Please! My marriage is on the line!”

Unfortunately, while Shauna agrees to keep quiet, Paris was about to enter the Forrester office where the two were having their conversation and listened at the door long enough to hear the whole shocking story! “I know the truth,” Paris later reveals to Shauna. “I heard you. Every word.” But Shauna is nothing if not a loyal friend and warns her to forget whatever she heard. “You need to stay quiet,” she cautions. “You are not going to say a word.”
