A First Look at Alyvia Alyn Lind’s New Movie, ‘Masquerade’!

Fans of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS who miss seeing Alyvia Alyn Lind playing Faith on the soap can look forward to watching the talented young actress starring in the upcoming thriller Masquerade, scheduled to premiere on Friday, July 30! “Guys!” Lind exclaimed on Instagram. “So excited to share the trailer for Masquerade! This was so much fun to film and I’m so excited for you guys to see it. July 30th!”

Written and directed by Shane Dax Taylor, Masquerade follows young Casey (played by Lind), who must survive a home invasion when a group of intruders led by Bella Thorne’s Rose breaks into her family’s house in search of priceless artwork. The violent criminals will stop at nothing to get what they’re after, and Lind’s character is one obstacle they must take care of one way or another. Naturally, twists and turns abound as the film races towards its shocking climax! Masquerade also stars Austin Nichols and Mircea Monroe as Casey’s parents, and Skyler Samuels as Rose’s partner-in-crime. Just check out this exciting trailer!

Even while recurring as Faith Newman on Y&R, Lind was often tackling new roles in different projects such as her roles in the TV series FUTURE MAN and DAYBREAK. However, when Lind recently landed a starring role in the new SyFy series CHUCKY, the soap opted to recast the role of Faith with Reylynn Caster.

But since CHUCKY doesn’t yet have a premiere date (it should be later this year, though), fans looking to see Lind displaying her formidable talents on screen should be sure to check out Masquerade when it premieres at the end of July!
